PHISICAL TREATMENT FOR ED

Pornography
For single men, the most common sex aid product in their possession is photographic pornography. This has been around a long time and has become more and more accept¬ed as a common requirement for young men. Erotic videos are probably the next most common product. They appear to be quite popular with couples as well, both young and old.

Blow-up dolls
Lonelier single men, or perhaps kinkier couples, may want a blow-up doll. The cheaper models named Little Sweetie, Baby Love, or Tokyo Rose all look like they"ve spent time in the morgue. The far more expensive products such as Miranda or Norma Jean have bodies that are made out of surgical latex, which means they will outlast yours. Miranda"s mouth, complete with tongue, is equipped with a vibrator. A digital speaking device allows her to purr dirty words in your ear.

Artificial organs
For the frequent business travelers, artificial vaginas avoid possible danger and disease.

Lubricants
Lubricant is another useful product. There are a number of safe lubricants available that allow for easier and more comfortable intercourse, especially if your partner has gone through menopause and her vaginal walls are quite dry.

The vacuum pump
Vacuum devices have been around for some time. This product typically consists of three components: a vacuum chamber; a vacuum pump that creates a negative pressure within the chamber, and a constrictor or tension band that is applied to the base of the penis after the erection is achieved. When you are preparing for intercourse, you simply feed your penis into the vacuum chamber. By pressing the tubing tight up against your groin, a seal may be produced. The vacuum pump may be either manual or battery operated. Manually or electrically pumping the air out produces a vacuum inside the chamber. This negative pressure draws blood into the penile shaft and an erection is formed.
To keep the blood in place, a constrictor or tension band is placed over the base of the penis and is kept there for the duration of intercourse. Once intercourse is completed, the band can be removed and the penis will become flaccid again. The benefits of this device are that it is non-invasive, has a high success rate, is portable and it does not require any special conditions like refrigeration.
The drawbacks of using this product are:
•          The penis is only erect past the tension band. This means that the erection is quite floppy near the base of the penis. Loosening the band will result in premature loss of the erection.
•          There may be a level of discomfort on ejaculation as the ejaculant is inhibited from passing the tension band. You may experience a dry ejaculation.
There is an altered sensation of orgasm. If it becomes too tight, you may experience pain from the tension band, or pain on removal if it gets caught up with your pubic hair. The penis can feel cold or numb.
Men taking warfarin or aspirin (blood thinners) should be warned against using the pump due to the risk of bruising. Those who have sickle cell anaemia or who are carriers of the sickle cell trait should not use the pump. The same is true for those suffering from leukemia.
